What is Massive solid stone construction
It is the construction of load-bearing walls, facade enclosures and/or interior divisions with solid stone blocks called ashlars.
We offer standardized ashlars or custom-made elements for each project that allow direct placement on site without waste, trimming or subsequent finishing.
Manufactured in our workshops with a controlled production that allows a minimum tolerance of deviation from the parameters required by the project.
Applications and uses
In compliance with the Technical Building Code, we propose a constructive solution according to the type of use.
Residential use of double leaf composed of stone wall, air chamber and interior stone enclosure. No insulation is required and the most demanding conditions for near-zero energy buildings EECN are met.
Industrial use of a single leaf in exterior enclosures. Ideal for singular industrial installations such as wine cellars, workshops, warehouses looking for aesthetic differentiation and architectural design.
Installation
Block by block with lime mortar joint and auxiliary lifting machine that allows a high performance in the installation.
