Which is the legal basis allowing us to process your data?
The purpose of ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A., is to provide you our services with the highest quality possible. Consequently, the legal basis behind this, focus clearly to comply with the execution of the current policies in the contract for the provision of services, which are binding us with the customers.
To whom can we communicate your personal information?
In some cases, it is necessary that we communicate the information provided by the customer to third parties. For example when it is requested by the advisors, in order to comply with our tax, accounting or labour responsibilities.
The above-mentioned advisors, only have the access granted to the personal information when it is strictly necessary, to perform their services. They are required to maintain the necessary confidentiality regarding the personal information provided to them, in order to comply with their services, and consequently they are not allowed to use that information in any different manner, in the way it was provided to them.
Likewise, your personal information will be available to the public Administrations, Judges and Courts, in order to comply with the possible responsibilities arising from the processing of such data.

The collected information is hold in Spain. ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. does not proceed with the processing of your data outside the European Union.
How long will we keep your personal information?
At ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. we will keep your personal data in the meantime it stills available the commercial relationship and the provision of services we maintain with you, and in any case, during the period of time which could be legally imposed to us.
Nevertheless, you can exercise your rights to delete, oppose and/or to limit the scope of processing regarding your data. In the meantime, in these cases, we will keep the information completely inaccessible, as it could be necessary, as regards to exercise or defence against claims, or when this situation may arise from any kind of judicial, legal or contractual responsibility, related to its processing, that ought to be attended, and for which its recovery is necessary.
How can you exercise your rights?
Your rights are regulated in the Chapter III (Rights of the person concerned) of the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD).
In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation, you have the right to obtain from (name of the responsible for the data processing) the corresponding confirmation to effectively know if are we processing, or not, your data and, in such a case, the right to obtain the necessary access to your personal information, and as well as to request the correction of such data that could be inaccurate or, where appropriate, request the deletion, among other reasons, when these data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected.
You will have the right to obtain from ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. the limitation regarding the processing of your data under the following circumstances:
- When you contest the accuracy of your personal data, inside a period that allows the responsible for such data to verify their accuracy.
- When the processing of the data be unlawful and you object to the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead the limitation of their use.
- When ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. does not need your personal data for the purposes of the above-mentioned processing, but in any case, when you still needing such data for the formulation, exercise or defence related to claims.
- When you have objected to the processing of your data, while are verified if the legitimate reasons of ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. prevail over your own.
You will also have the right to the portability of your personal data, that is, to receive the personal data you have provided us in a structured format, ready for common use and for their mechanical reading, in order to later on, transmit them to another person responsible for the processing of such data, not being able (name of the responsible for the data processing) to prevent it, in the following circumstances:
- When such processing is basing on mutual consent or be subject to a contract.
- When the developing the process by automated means. By exercising your rights regarding the portability of your data, you will have the right to perform the transmission of such data directly, from responsible to responsible, when it could be technically feasible.
Under certain circumstances, and for reasons related to your particular situation, you will have the right to object regarding the processing of your data. Your personal information will no longer be processed regarding the purposes you have stated in your objection.
You will be able to exercise your rights free of any cost, and to receive a response relative to the protection of your personal data, within the deadlines established by the current legislation, by any of the following means:
- Sending your request along with a photocopy and/or a scanned copy of the applicant’s personal identification document (ID), to the following email address: (email address of the responsible for the data processing)
- Through a signed and written request sent to the following address: (name of the responsible for the data processing), (full postal address of the responsible for the data processing) Subject: Data Protection, attaching a copy of the applicant’s personal identification document (ID).
Additionally, you can contact the Supervisory Authority responsible for the data protection (the Spanish Data Protection Agency: Www.agpd.es) in order to present the complaint that may be necessary, especially when you are not satisfied with the response given regarding the exercise of your rights.
Measures taken to protect your personal information.

For that reason, we use the necessary technical and organisational measures in order to protect your personal information and your privacy, applying periodically a full review to such measures. Specifically, we establish measures focused to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the services and systems devoted to the processing of the involved data, additionally, these measures are aimed to restore the availability and access to your personal data, in a quick manner, in case of any physical or technical incident, thus ensuring the security during the processing of your personal data. Our employees are correctly trained and skilled, and have a direct compromise to maintain the maximum discretion and secrecy, due their activities, regarding all the personal data to which they could have any access, they are determined, as well, to comply with the proper security measures, because they already know such measures.
Modifications to the current information regarding the data protection.
At ARENISCAS ROSAL S.A. we review and update the data protection information, at least once a year or when changes occur in the legislation or in any of the operations and procedures involved during the processing of your personal information. In such cases, we mention the content and the date of the last update.
